I just wish there were more Aerosmith songs in the song list. Janie's Got A Gun, Hole In My Sole, I Don't Want To Miss A Thing) However, I actually like the layout of this game better than World Tour & Guitar Hero 5.
If you like Aerosmith, you will like this game. You can create separate bands/careers for separate players.
The Aerosmith version, I think, was produced in the same time frame as Guitar Hero 3 and has the same layout. Overall, the game is awesome.
I really like playing the Aerosmith songs on Guitar Hero for Wii. Some very good songs were not included in the game at all (eg.
In the newer version, you cannot create separate careers.
Huge let down. Relisted it on Amazon to cut my loses. So, I continued playing thinking that the unlockable and buyable songs would be the big ones. I've never even heard of half these songs. I was definitely expecting songs crossing all their decades of existence. So, I'm 30 years old. But this is more like a 1975 and earlier B Sides Compilation. Nope, just "Pink", and that's it.
I beat it already but it'll entertain you for a few hours. I highly recommend it for any Aerosmith fan Fun game - not the best Guitar Hero but certainly a great one. Has a lot of good commentary from the actual band in between "shows" and a lot of good songs.
As a huge Aerosmith fan I had to get this and I am so glad I did. I love them even more now.
I played all the songs in two days. To me it was a waste of money. I was looking so forward to playing this game. I was really disappointed with the song selection, I thought there would be more songs.
